A family gathering to celebrate Epiphany and exotic flavors. Started with Sumo Wrestler Hot Put Soup, mmm hearty. My nephew even tasted it, GOOD JOB, variety makes life fun! Pad Thai to keep the all boys happy. Marinated pork tenderloin bites. And the big finale, rolling our own sushi rolls. Ingredients to choose from: carrots, cucumber, marinated mushrooms, scallions, sashimi tuna, spicy tuna mixture, crab (lump and imitation), toasted sesame seeds, asparagus, cream cheese. The sushi rice was expertly prepared by my sister. What a wonderful afternoon.
