bee in your bonnet

Here is a picture of my State Fair apron entry. Hmmmmm yup I said apron. It is a apron that buttons into a sun bonnet. The pattern came from a Women’s Household Magazine, July 1968–nearly 40 years old. The brim is actually the pockets. It is just right for holding clothes pins.

I feel like I belong in little house on the prairie.
