Birthday Fun

Thank you to everyone who came to the party to celebrate TJ and Neighbor John's birthdays -- which total 81 years! We all had a great time. The food was awesome, the drinks were flowing and the band was HOT!

The menu included BBQ Pork Shoulder, Burgers, Dogs, BBQ Boneless Chicken Breast, BBQ Boneless Chicken Thighs, Bone in Chicken Breasts, Italian Dressing Marinated Boneless Chicken Thighs and Breasts, Venison, Steamed whole Onions (cut like a blooming onion and topped with butter and old bay), Meatballs, Baked Beans, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Deviled Eggs, Fried Chicken, Chips, Peanut Butter Cookies, Brownies, Upside Down Pineapple Cake, Strawberry Cup Cakes, Dark Chocolate Cup Cakes, and I think that is it but I probably forgot something.

As soon as the band packed up and left he sun came out and the wind stopped.

We got a nice fire going after the wind died down. While the band was playing we had a barrel going

I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for a great babysitter. This is Carla and my parents trusted her when she was only 12 years old (somewhere around there) to watch me. Well trust or they just wanted to get the hell out of the house.
